We are getting reports of Twin Rivers homeowners seeing bears roaming the neighborhoods. Fish and Wildlife are taking these complaints and they may be reached at 888-404-3922. They do not have a website you must telephone. They take this very serious and the complainant must be the person who saw the bear. They will ask for exact times, location, exactly what the bear was doing, was he ferocious, etc.
Recently the City passed Ordinance No. 1583 on Pet Waste. Illicit Dumping can carry significant fines. Most of the time public awareness and outreach programs are the tool that prevents this unfortunate occurrence. If you suspect Illicit Dumping is occurring please be a good stormwater steward and report the event to either the Stormwater Coordinator at 407-971-5682 or Code Enforcement at 407-971-5785

The Oviedo Police reminds you to lock your cars and close your garage doors.
Garage Sale Signage
The HOA has placed a letter on file with the City of Oviedo allowing homeowners to place garage sale signs in the community's common areas. Homeowners must go to City Hall to receive a special tag to place on signage. Signs without the tag will be removed.
*Date Change: Community Garage Sale is scheduled for October 16 & 17, 2015.

Feeding Wildlife
Florida law prohibits the feeding of some wildlife, including alligators and raccoons due to the risk of creating a public nuisance. Read more about Florida's Alligator Management Program.
At the beginning of the meeting, there will be a very important update regarding the golf course matter. It is very important that we obtain feedback from the community regarding the proposed development. Please join us and contribute to the discussion.
The golf course owner has submitted a new application for re-zoning. We will update you about that application and discuss our plans for addressing this new development.
