ARC Approval - Required, Easy, and Helpful

Basically, any time you are planning to change the external appearance of your home or property, you need ARC approval under our Covenants and Rules.

For instance, you need ARC approval before: 

Making additions to your home

(like a pool, screened enclosure, Lanai, Spa, or room addition),

Adding fences or sheds,

Repainting your home, or 

Making major landscaping changes.

The ARC will then reach out to you to help you through the approval process. 

Basically, the ARC needs to understand how the improvement will change the appearance of your home.

Helpful information can include:

Your description of the  proposed changes,

Drawings or plot plans,

Description or list of materials to be used (e.g., fence material wood or vinyl?),

Color samples or specifications, or

Drawings provided by architects or landscapers.

Don't forget to include:

Your name, address, and contact info

Please indicate whether your lot abuts the golf course as different rules apply if it does.
