Our Twin Rivers Community is located south of Mitchell Hammock Road on both sides of Lockwood Blvd in Oviedo, FL. The Community includes just under 1,200 homes.
The Community surrounds the Twin Rivers Golf Course, which is a wonderful, challenging public course owned by the City of Oviedo. The course was designed by renowned architect Joe Lee, a native of Oviedo. We highly recommend you play our challenging but pleasant golf course. You will enjoy the layout, condition, and natural views from throughout the course.
The confluence of the Little Econlockhatchee River with the Econlockhatchee River is just north of our Community. The "Twin Rivers" flow along and through our Community.

The Twin Rivers Homeowners Association exists solely to benefit homeowners and residents of our Community.
Our Association is a non-profit organization of homeowners dedicated to preserving the character and excellence in design of our Community.
Please see below for more information about the roles of the HOA.
The volunteers on the Architectural Review and Community Appearance Committees of the Board work tirelessly to maintain standards of appearance throughout the Community. Doing so increases members' and residents' enjoyment of the community and preserves property values.
Our maintenance team works diligently maintaining grounds along Lockwood Blvd and around multiple ponds and lakes in the community. Maintenance of the water conditions in certain of the ponds is our responsibility too! The beautiful landscaping along the sides and in the medians of Lockwood and condition of the walls that border our community are the result of their constant efforts.
Your HOA works diligently to establish and maintain rules and regulations intended to allow each HOA Member and resident to enjoy their homes and property. The rules could be boiled down to "Respect your neighbors" and "Act in a way that makes the community more enjoyable for all."
In 2014, the then owner of the Twin Rivers Golf Course sought to sell and develop more homes on a major portion of the course. The result would have been loss of habitat, more congestion, loss of a very special golf course, and increased risk of flooding within portions of our Community. After a 4 year effort, the HOA was instrumental in the City of Oviedo making the decision to purchase the golf course in 2018. Since, the course has been returned to wonderful condition and now is generating positive cash flow for the City.
The HOA continues to monitor and contribute to the process of solving City-wide issues for the betterment of our Community.
